Annual reports
We’re excited to share our 2025 Annual Report with you!
This year was defined by scale and deepened impact. Our Coding Bootcamp trained 96 young women from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, bringing our alumni network to 653 graduates since 2016. Our STEM Camps and After-School Clubs trained over 4,200 more girls through hands-on robotics, AI, and web development projects.
2025 also marked a major milestone: a new partnership with WorldQuant University, creating a pipeline for African women to access advanced STEM programs in data science, AI, and financial engineering at no cost.
The results speak for themselves . The share of our alumni working in fully technical roles has grown from 11% to 56% since our earliest cohorts. When African girls are given the right opportunities, they don’t just rise, they soar
