Hello STEM Girl!

The Visiola Foundation is pleased to offer you the opportunity to continue studying and learning Biology, Math, and Physics during these uncertain times. Please join us on WhatsApp at 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.  (WAT) from Monday to Friday for the active instruction sessions.

We will share lessons in the form of written messages and will use pictures, recorded videos, and voice notes to explain theoretical concepts. You will have the option of watching and/or listening to the content throughout the day and will be given individual and group assignments to deepen your understanding. Instructors will be available until 3:00 p.m. daily to answer your questions and to provide any further assistance you might need.

The objectives of the Virtual STEM Classes include:

  • Increased STEM knowledge and skills, evidenced by improved academic performance and leadership development.
  • Increased confidence in studying STEM subjects.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Must be a female student currently enrolled in secondary school or seeking university admission.
  • Must have access to a smartphone.

 

Classes will run from February 1 – April 2, 2021. Please register by completing this application form.
